Responsible Use
Users agree to employ our AI gateway strictly in accordance with ethical standards and security regulations.
Fair Allocation
API rate limits are established per tier to prevent resource abuse and guarantee stable edge gateway operations.
Service Delivery
We continuously maintain and optimize the Cloud edge routing workers to keep your response latency minimal.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By registering, accessing, or using **Vesxo** (accessible at https://vesxo.com and its subdomains), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all terms and conditions herein, you must immediately terminate use of our services.
2. Account Registration and Security
To utilize our AI Gateway services, you are required to register an account and generate API access tokens. You represent and warrant that:
- You are solely responsible for keeping your credentials and Generated Client Tokens secure.
- Any operations triggered on third-party tools via your access token are deemed authorized by you.
- You will immediately notify our technical support team of any unauthorized token utilization or suspected security breach.
3. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree NOT to use the Vesxo AI Gateway to:
- Violate any local, national, or international laws, including spamming regulations.
- Conduct denial-of-service (DoS) attacks, brute-force operations, or perform bulk scraping.
- Transmit, store, or forward malicious scripts, viruses, or unauthorized tracking utilities.
- Bypass rate limits, subscription boundaries, or security anomalies established on our Redis filters.
4. Payment, Billing, and Subscriptions
Our billing and merchant operations are conducted through our partner **Paddle** (Merchant of Record).
- Billing Cycle: Plans are charged on a monthly or annual recurring cycle from the date of activation.
- Refunds: Refund policies adhere to Paddle's official buyer terms and localized merchant regulations.
- Upgrades/Downgrades: Plan adjustments apply immediately, with rate-limits and monthly quotas adjusted dynamically in our Upstash Redis layers.
5. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimer of Warranties
Vesxo acts as a secure transit gateway between your AI client and third-party APIs. We are not liable for:
- Errors, failures, or data modifications committed by the connected third-party platforms (Gmail, Slack, etc.).
- Wrongful instructions executed by your AI agents (Claude, ChatGPT, etc.) due to prompt anomalies.
- Loss of profits, revenue, or business operations caused by transient API downtime.
6. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to revise or update these Terms of Service at any time. When updates occur, the modification date at the top of this document will be amended. Continued utilization of Vesxo after updates constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
